Mindful Eating and Mindful Movement
Join us for a session on Mindful Eating and Mindful movement! Learn how to connect with your food in a meaningful way, make healthier choices, and appreciate every bite.
We will have 30 mins nutrition session followed by a 1 hr gentle, beginner friendly yoga session suitable for all fitness levels! Admission is free with a donation of food to the Cambridge Food Bank.
